Introducing Modus Vivendi Psematismenos

Modus Vivendi is a small agrotourism complex in the heart of Psematismenos village in Cyprus.

It consists of 6 small traditional, listed, stone built houses and studios, a nice yard with herbs, flowers and local plants and a swimming pool.

They were restored with lots of love by Yiannos . The restoration finished in 2005 and we started running the business in the same year. The houses/studios are self catered, with a fully equipped kitchenette. They are all furnished with original antiques, family heirlooms, traditional local furniture and pieces of art by local artists that we have been collecting for years. Everything we put there was chosen with great care and respect as if we were choosing for our own house.

It is a place to come and relax by the pool, explore the area (hiking, biking) or even have it as a “Pied a terre” and drive around the island as it is situated in the middle of the three main cities of Cyprus, Lemesos, Lefkosia and Larnaca.
